But the wait was absolutely worth it, as the new PRO 3 maintains all the incredible brewing features of the PRO 2, like an all-stainless steel brew cylinder and portafilter and a custom pressure gauge, and adds Flair’s new no-preheat, thin cylinder, and an integrated magnetic shot mirror. If you’re brewing light roasts, and prefer a full preheat of your brew cylinder, we’ve also included the new preheat funnel, which makes it easier than ever to preheat while boiling your brew water.
