At Coffee Machine Shop, we understand that coffee enthusiasts want their equipment and supplies as quickly as possible. That’s why we’ve streamlined our shipping process to get your order to you efficiently, no matter where you are in the world.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward return or exchange process.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for defective items)

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unopened
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to product categories and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Coffee Blends (opened or unopened)
  • Filter Papers (opened packages)
  • Cups and Saucers (if used or without original packaging)
  • Decaf Coffee (all types)
  • Any products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit Your Request
    Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
    • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
    • Your full name and contact information
    • Order number and product name
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Confirmation that the product meets return conditions
  2. Receive Authorization
    Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return
    Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
  4. Processing & Refund
    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-7 business days after we process your return
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days

What’s Refunded:

  • Product purchase price
  • Original shipping costs (if the return is due to our error or a defective product)

What’s Not Refunded:

  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Any import duties or taxes you may have paid

Exchanges

For exchanges, the process is similar to returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product. If the replacement costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide, please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in US dollars
  • Processing times may be slightly longer for international returns
