We are delighted to release our latest batch of Salt Marsh aged coffee from Colombia, processed in North Norfolk.
Inspired by the legendary Monsoon Malabar process, where Indian coffee beans are exposed to monsoon winds to develop their signature smoothness, our North Norfolk-aged coffee undergoes a unique coastal transformation. The beans are hung in the rafters of an old boat shed in small sacks, where they breathe in the crisp sea air. This slow aging process enhances their depth, resulting in a rich, mellow flavour with a subtle maritime character—a true taste of the North Norfolk coast.
