Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unopened
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Coffee Blends (opened or unopened)
- Filter Papers (opened packages)
- Cups and Saucers (if used or without original packaging)
- Decaf Coffee (all types)
- Any products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
Return & Exchange Process
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with the following information:
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship to:

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

What’s Refunded
- Product purchase price

Exchanges
For exchanges, the process is similar to returns. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product. If the replacement costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Defective or Damaged Items
